A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is a structured review of the risks a service poses to people’s personal data, and the measures taken to reduce those risks. We maintain a DPIA for 10ender and review it alongside material changes to the product.
What it covers
- What personal and business data we collect, and why.
- The lawful basis for processing it.
- How long we keep it, and how it’s deleted.
- Who it’s shared with — including our infrastructure and AI providers.
- The risks identified and the safeguards in place to address them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — both are available from within the app and by emailing support@10ender.com. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
