Your compliance profile, case studies and draft bids are commercially sensitive. We treat them that way.
Where your data lives
- Data is hosted in the UK / EU only. We do not move your data outside that region.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access is row-level isolated — your company’s data is only ever visible to your own account and the people you invite.
AI processing
Where our AI provider’s agreement supports it, calls are configured for zero data retention — your tender and profile content isn’t retained by the model provider after a request completes.
Our commitments
- Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (see our ICO registration).
- A Data Protection Impact Assessment maintained alongside the product (see DPIA).
- Cyber Essentials certification is a target ahead of wider launch.
- Every change to a compliance profile or bid draft is audit-logged.
