Terms of Service
Draft for legal review — last updated 22 May 2026. This document is mirrored to the `/terms` page. Items in square brackets must be confirmed by a qualified adviser before publication. These terms are not a substitute for legal advice on contract formation, consumer rights, or limitation of liability.
These terms govern your use of 10ender. By creating an account you agree to them. 10ender is operated by [10ender Ltd, company number CONFIRM] ("we", "us").
What 10ender is
10ender is a bid co-pilot. It helps you find public sector cleaning tenders, build a reusable company profile, and draft bid responses with AI assistance.
You are always the author of your bid. 10ender assists; it does not replace your judgement. You review, edit and approve everything before it is used.
What 10ender is not
- We never submit bids for you. 10ender is export-only. You download
your bid and submit it through the buyer's own process. No part of the service submits to a buyer's portal.
- We do not guarantee any outcome. 10ender does not promise that you
will win a tender, be shortlisted, or achieve any particular score or win rate. Procurement decisions are made entirely by buyers.
- We are not your lawyer, accountant or bid consultant. Guidance in
the product — including on TUPE, social value, pricing and framework scoring — is general assistance, not professional advice.
AI assistance — how to use it
Drafts, scores and suggestions in 10ender are produced with AI. AI can be wrong, out of date, or miss something specific to your tender. You must:
- read and check every draft before you rely on it;
- verify facts, figures, dates and named requirements against the tender
documents;
- make sure the final bid reflects your business truthfully.
You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of any bid you submit.
TUPE and pricing guidance
Where 10ender flags TUPE considerations or models pricing, this is guidance to help you think it through, not advice you can rely on. TUPE obligations and pricing decisions carry legal and financial consequences. Take professional advice before committing to a bid.
Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use 10ender to enter unlawful content, infringe anyone's rights, or upload more personal data about third parties than a tender requires.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. [CONFIRM: renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.] You can cancel from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your content
You keep all rights in the data and bids you create in 10ender. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process that content to provide the service. You can export your data, and delete your account, at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Availability
We work to keep 10ender available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and may change or withdraw features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- 10ender is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is error-free or
that any draft or score is accurate or complete.
- We are not liable for any lost tender, lost contract, lost profit, lost
revenue, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of 10ender, including from reliance on AI-generated content.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the
fees you paid us in that period. [CONFIRM cap with adviser.]
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. [CONFIRM consumer-law carve-outs where the customer is an individual or sole trader.]
Ending these terms
You can stop using 10ender and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. [CONFIRM.]
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes. Continuing to use 10ender after a change means you accept the updated terms.
